Description: We are seeking a highly organized and Reliable Personal Secretary to provide dedicated support to our CEO.
Responsibilities:
Manage the CEO's schedule, including arranging appointments and meetings.
Screen and prioritize incoming emails, phone calls, and other communications on behalf of the CEO.
Prepare and organize documents and reports.
Coordinate and liaise with other employees on behalf of the CEO.
Conduct research and compile information.
Handle confidential and sensitive information with the utmost discretion.
Anticipate the needs of the CEO and proactively address issues and handle situations.
Requirements:
Bachelor's in any discipline.
Experienced Candidates would be preferred. However, Freshers can also apply.
Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team.
Must be a Presentable Person with a Pleasing Personality.
Strong Nerves, Persistant and the ability to multitask.
High dedication towards the job.
