Description: GE Solucions is looking for an HR Internee to join the Human Resource Department,

Responsiblites

• Documentation checklists of existing new employees
• HRM Attendance Leaves Approvals on HCM
• Job Postings on different job portals
• Screening potential employees' resumes and application forms to identify
• suitable candidates to fill company job vacancies.
• Assisting the HR staff in gathering market salary information.
• Assisting in the planning of company events.
• Sorting of CVs in specified folders
• Daily Mail follow-ups
• Updating social & and event calendar sheet
• Reminders of tasks and events on Google Calendar
• Interview Invitation mails
• Day-to-day tasks

Requirements

• BSc in Human Resources Management or a similar field
• Fresh Graduate/Internship Experience in Talent Acquisition or HR Department is a plus point.
• Must have intermediate skills in Microsoft Excel & Word
• Internet handling & have good connections on Linkedin.
• Internship will be leading up to permanent position.

Job Types: Internship (paid)

Location: PECHS Block 6, Karachi

Timing: 12 pm to 9 pm
