Responsibilities:

1. Handle incoming customer calls during the night shift, providing assistance and resolving queries.

2. Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service while engaging with customers.

3. Document and follow up on customer interactions for quality control purposes.

4. Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient and effective call center operations.

5. Adhere to company policies and procedures, while meeting measurable performance targets.

Required Skills :

1. Excellent verbal communication skills in English, with a neutral accent and clear pronunciation.

2. Strong problem-solving and customer service skills to provide outstanding support.

3. Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.

4. Proficiency in using computers and familiarity with call center software systems.

5. Flexible to work night shifts and adapt to changing work schedules.

Shift timings are 7:45 pm to 2:00 am
