Description: Sales Executive opening available at Grand One City Sargodha. On Site job with base salary and handsome sales bonuses and commission opportunities. The candidate for this position needs to excel at creating and closing new opportunities. By using a consultative approach to selling, this person must use their expertise to identify and qualify leads, leading to sales opportunities with both new and existing customers.

Responsibilities:

Have a good understand of Real Estate related sales

Have a strong sales pitch for potential clients

Go through sales leads from online channels and actively chase them in real time

Understand and portray the image of the brand to potential clients

Meet and exceed marla sales targets

Successfully create sales from new and existing customer accounts

Manage negotiations with clients

Build rapport and establish long term relationships with customers

Maintain leads and sales reports

Find ways to infiltrate the real estate market 

Qualifications

5 years' sales experience

Experience and working knowledge of CRM systems

Demonstrable track record of sales

Strong written and verbal communication skills
