Description: Responsibilities:

Oversee Accounting Operations: Manage and oversee all accounting operations, including accounts payable and receivable, general ledger, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.

Financial Reporting: Prepare and present accurate and timely financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets, cash flow statements, and other financial analysis reports to CFO.

Budget Management: Develop and monitor budgets, ensuring adherence to financial targets and identifying areas for cost optimization and revenue enhancement.

Risk Management: Identify potential financial risks and develop strategies to mitigate them. Ensure compliance with financial regulations and accounting standards.

Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor a team of accountants, providing guidance and support to enhance their performance and professional development.

Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate and improve accounting processes, systems, and procedures to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and internal controls.

Audit and Compliance: Coordinate and oversee the audit process, ensuring timely completion and compliance with audit requirements.

Stay Updated: Keep abreast of industry trends, best practices, and changes in accounting standards and regulations to ensure the organization's financial practices remain current and in compliance.
