• Responsibilities:
  • Conduct outbound cold calls to prospective clients from provided lists
  • Introduce our products/services and effectively communicate their value
  • Handle objections with confidence, address questions, and provide accurate information
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of interactions in our systems
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve daily and weekly targets
  
  
  Requirements:
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • US or British accent is mandatory
  • 6 months or more previous experience in cold calling or telemarketing is a plus
  • Ability to remain positive and persistent, even in the face of challenges
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Basic computer proficiency for data entry and tracking
  • Enthusiasm for achieving goals and contributing to team success
  • Knowledge of CRM
  • Goal-oriented mindset and a passion for achieving results
  • Knowledge of B2B marketing & audience
