Description: We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Officer to join our team in the BPO industry. The primary responsibility of this role is to drive revenue growth by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities and expanding existing client relationships. The Business Development Officer will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, developing sales strategies, and contributing to the overall growth and success of the organization. Responsibilities:

Identify and pursue new business opportunities to achieve revenue targets. Develop and maintain a sales pipeline and take ownership of the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to closing deals.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and industry associations.

Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, customer needs, and potential areas of growth within the BPO industry.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as operations, human resources, and finance, to ensure seamless execution of business development initiatives.

Prepare and present proposals, presentations, and reports to clients, management, and other relevant stakeholders.

Stay updated on industry best practices, trends, and advancements to enhance sales performance.

Monitor competitor activities and market dynamics and provide insights and recommendations to enhance business performance.
