Description: Job Role: 

As a Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing and effective designs that communicate our brand message and engage our target audience. Your creative skills and attention to detail will play a crucial role in developing various marketing materials, including digital graphics, print collateral, website assets, and social media content. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand design requirements, translate concepts into compelling visuals, and ensure consistency with our brand identity.

Roles and Responsibility.

Study design briefs and determine requirements.

Schedule projects and define budget constraints.

 Conceptualize visuals based on requirements.

Prepare rough drafts and present ideas.

 Develop illustrations, logos and other designs using software or by hand.

 Use the appropriate colors and layouts for each graphic.

Work with copywriters and creative director to produce final design

Test graphics across various media

Amend designs after feedback.

 Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in graphic design, visual communications, Arts or a related field is a plus.

Proven work experience as a graphic designer or in a similar role, preferably in a marketing or creative agency setting.

Proficiency in design software, such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), and other relevant design tools.

Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects and styles, demonstrating creativity, technical skills, and attention to detail.

Solid understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques.

Ability to interpret and translate marketing objectives and messages into visually compelling designs.

Knowledge of current design trends and best practices.

Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively communicate design concepts and ideas.

A keen eye for aesthetics and details.

Familiarity with design software and technologies (such as InDesign, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, Photoshop, corel draw)

Excellent communication skill

Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines
