Education :
B.com, BSc, BBA, M.Com, or 2 years associate degree or any other relevant degree.
(Must be a graduate)
Requirements & Skills:
Well groomed & Confident personality
Excellent Communication Skills
MS Office (Excel, word)
Computer Literate
Proactive personality
Experience :
Minimum 6 months of experience in a call center or in any other customer service is mandatory for this position.
Responsibilities:
> Greeting & welcoming customers
> Dealing with inquiries, complaints, and emergencies
> Undertaking administrative & operational tasks and supporting the central manager for the branch of the company
> Coordination with doctors in terms of setting appointments, consultations, follow up calls, and reminder calls
> Supervise and monitor the admin and janitorial staff
> Cash handling
> Available as a Back-Up Center Manager when instructed by CSM
