Description: Write and edit product content that would be published on e-Commerce websites/portals.

Works with customers to find solutions to order issues.

Communicates with the internal production team to keep clients' orders on track.

Manages ecommerce platform store creation, ordering, and inventory.

Works with the accounting department to ensure timely payments from customers.

Establish standards, protocols, and best practices for new product listings. Content creation, distribution, and maintenance of those listings.

Collaborate closely with several departments (product management, graphics, and sales) to provide updated content that will be shared across e-Commerce platforms.

Provide support in other areas of Media Marketing, PPC, Email Marketing, SEO, Keyword Research, Google Analytics, Website UX, and Paid Social Media.

Understands marketing tactics, several top e-Commerce website builders, product development, competitive strategies, consumer research, industry trends, and usability best practices.

Knowledge of various platforms and online sales strategies that can be used to conduct digital sales or website conversions.

Familiarity with web design and a keen eye for detail.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Analytical and multitasking skills.
