Description: Organizational Development & Project Planning:

Administrative/marketing planning and support of all projects including the management of Social Media campaigns

Research, planning and project design as required for fundraising and other revenue generating initiatives (e.g. donor proposals).

Assist staff in designing and creating appropriate project evaluation methods (e.g. surveys, tests).

Project Management/Training Implementation:

Hire, train and supervise staff members.

Track all programs and activities on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis (as required) to ensure completion of goals and tasks.

Coordinate, monitor, and implement program activities .

Attend meetings and manage relationships with vendors including: ensuring required tasks are completed according to the project timeline, following up on project tasks, and facilitating payments.

Writing/Reporting:

Writing and editing of grant and fundraising proposals as required.

Content writing for internal communication documents, presentations, projects, websites, promotional materials, monthly blogs and newsletters.

Lead and participate in weekly project meetings to facilitate communication, task, and project completion.

Lead and participate in quarterly board meetings.

Prepare quarterly performance reports for submission to board members and stakeholders.

Collect and prepare reports of program evaluation data from program beneficiaries.
