Education: Bachelors in any relevant degree or masters.

Experience: 2 years + experience in relevant field

Job Description:

As a social media manager, you'll need to:

• Develop creative and engaging social media strategies
• manage the day-to-day handling of all social media channels such as LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, Instagram, Tiktok and YouTube, adapting content to suit different channels
• Oversee, plan and deliver content across different platforms
• Create engaging multimedia content across multiple platforms
• Develop, launch and manage new competitions and campaigns that promote your organisation and brand
• Form key relationships with influencers across the social media platforms
• Undertake audience research
• Develop and plan monthly social media calendar and liaison with team of designers and content writers to ensure advance production and plan of monthly campaigns
• Monitor, track, analyze and report on performance on all digital platforms using tools such as Google Analytics and Facebook insights and other supporting tools
• Research and evaluate the latest trends and techniques in order to find new and better ways of measuring social media activity
• Analyze competitor activity
• Recommend improvements to increase performance
• Set targets to increase brand awareness and increase customer engagement
• manage, motivate and coach junior staff such as social media executives or assistants
• Educate other staff on the use of social media and promote its use within the company
• Encourage collaboration across teams and departments
• Regularly liaise with operational staff via telephone, email, conference calls or face-to-face to ensure the running campaigns are well understood by the on ground team members and collect and implement the feedback for upcoming campaign ideas from the team.

Location: Johor Town, Lahore.

Salary package will be negotiable based on profile.
