Description: We are a leading freight forwarding service provider seeking an experienced Customer Care Representative to join our team. As a Customer Care Representative, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support. You will handle inbound and outbound calls, respond to emails, and resolve customer inquiries in a timely and efficient manner.
Responsibilities
Act as the primary point of contact for customers, providing excellent service and support
Answer incoming calls, respond to emails, and resolve customer inquiries related to shipment tracking, rates, and services offered
Educate customers on shipping regulations, procedures, and documentation requirements
Work with internal teams to resolve customer issues and escalate when necessary
Provide customers with regular updates on the status of their shipments
Enter and update customer information in the company database
Assist with various administrative tasks as needed
Qualifications
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Ability to multitask and prioritize workload in a fast-paced environment
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Proficient in Microsoft Office and experience with customer management systems
Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends as needed
