Description: We are a growing call center looking for an experienced bidder to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in bidding on call center projects and a strong understanding of call center operations. This is a full-time postion with the opportunity for ongoing work.
Responsibilities:
Review project documents and specifications to determine scope of work, required resources, and project schedule.
Identify potential opportunities for call center projects and prepare proposals and bids.
Liaise with clients to understand their requirements and provide solutions that meet their needs.
Collaborate with project managers to ensure successful implementation of call center projects.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and changes to ensure competitiveness in the bidding process.
Requirements:
Minimum of 2 years of experience in bidding on call center projects
Strong understanding of call center operations
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other relevant software applications
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
