Description:

IR Specialist is required in our company Pakistan Machine Tool Factory located at Landhi Karachi.

Qualification: BCOM with LLB 

Experience: Min 3-5 years in the manufacturing environment preferably with the engineering company

Brief Responsibilities:

Monitor Health, Hygiene and Safety of workers in factory Premises.

Liaison with government agencies i.e., EOBI/SESSI/Directorate of Labor

Initiate disciplinary proceedings and manage grievance handling as per prevailing HR policies at workplace.

Be able to handle experience labor related issues diplomatically and professionally.

Maintain Professional relationship with the government institutions and officials.
