Description: We are looking for an enthusiastic and proactive female candidates with excellent communication Skills. One who can;

- Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaints

- Determine the causes of the problem

- Selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem

- Expediting correction or adjustment

- Following up to ensure resolution

- Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed

- Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limit

- Follow up to ensure resolution English communication and usage of PC (Word, excel, Email) is must

Job Requirements:

Education: Bachelors & Above

Experience: 06 months & Above

Should be attentive to details & responsive to queries

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: Rs25,000.00 - Rs28,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

Karachi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
