What you bring to the table:

- Success Focused IT Talent Sourcing and Customer Management experience,

- Team working attitude,

- International and Local IT talent sourcing

- Responsive to Customer demands,

- Minimum B2 level (Written - Oral) English

Nice to have:

- Marketing Background

- Arabic, French or German language

Here are the responsibilities and percentage of work:

Talent Sourcing -Seventy percent: The main activity is IT Talent Sourcing/Recruiting/Selection. Finding the top IT talents in the market, analyzing the talent need of the customer, fill the talent pipelines are the main responsibilities. Increasing the Revenue from each account is also the responsibility of both the Sales Lead and the Customer Success Team.

Customer Success - Account Management Thirty Percent: This work includes updating the customer about the process, keeping clients engaged, and responding to the client's needs quickly.
