2. Outstanding ability to think creatively, strategically, and identify and resolve problems.

3. Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.

4. Experience with website optimization tools.

5. An up-to-date, working knowledge of Google updates.

6. Knowledge of Ranking Factors and Search Engine Algorithms.
