Description:

To look after electrical, mechanical and maintenance jobs and ensure completion in time.

To ensure that machines are well maintained in time as per production schedule.

keep up a proper follow-up of maintenance of machines.

To make a round in each production section on daily basis to check and scrutinize any issue of machines.

Completion of job card in time and verify by section in charge.

To maintain equipment of workshop daily basis.

compliance of all standards set by ISO 9001:2015 and GMP compliance.

More than 5 years of Practical experience in the Pharmaceutical Industry

Ensures all maintenance tasks are executed using the appropriate safety standards and are compliant with policies, regulations and SOP's. Ensure that Maintenance Department targets are being met such as minimum down time and break downs. Conducting root cause analyses to identify machinery issues and diagnostic support.

Any other task by the Plant Manager.
