We are looking for a Customer Support Officer in Sales & Support department for Pakistan, Karachi office; with responsibilities not limited to handling Clients, run email campaigns, generate leads and tasks assign by management.Job Responsibilities
- Successful candidate will be responsible for clients handling on CRM.
- Candidate will be responsible for design placement on panel.
- Satisfy clients on their requirements on order placements.
- Follow up on potentials clients via email or phone calls.
- Convert confirmed clients on CRM as well as on panel.
- Assign designs to designers as per customers need.
- Write Promotional Emails and sending it on special occasion.
- Prepare and analyzing monthly reports of designs and orders on CRM.
- To record and maintain customers details on monthly basis.
- Ability to retain potential as well as loyal customers.
Job Requirement- Candidate must have excellent English conversational skills.
- Candidate must have skills to perform multi tasks.
- Candidate must have an experience of a 1 year or 2 in outbound customers handling.
- Preference will be given to male candidates.
