Description: We are hiring Customer Sales Representative for a Lead Generation role. It involves telesales marketing in which you have to Generate demand for sale through Cold calling; make multiple outbound calls to customers.

Find interested customers or develop interest in customers than collect contact information of interested customers for sales department. Your basic task is to collect the contact information of interested customers and send it to sales department.

Requirements and Qualifications

Experience with lead generation and prospect management

Excellent verbal and written communication skills; the ability to call, connect, and interact with potential clients

Persuasive and goal-oriented

Possesses an energetic, outgoing, and friendly demeanour

High school degree or equivalent

one year of cold calling experience; previous experience in an outbound call centre, inside sales experience, or related sales experience; knowledge of sales process from initiation to close

Excellent analytical and time-management skills

Demonstrated and proven sales results

Ability to work independently or as an active member of a team

Basic Salary : 25,000 + Commission + Performance based bonuses
