Location: Lahore - Pakistan
Salary: 25k - 35k ( PKR )
Experience: 3 Years
Shift Timings: Evening Shift
Job Type: Full-Time


Description: Job Duties & Responsibilities:

1. Negotiating and convincing customers to pay their outstanding payments.

2. Convincing customer to pay their overdue payments.

3. Contribute to team efforts to accomplish results.

4. Process payment over calls, emails and chat.

5. Prepare daily, weekly, monthly collection reports.

6. Identify compliance issue that requires follow-up.

Required Skills:

> Excellent verbal/non-verbal communication

> Experience in the field of collection management

> Strong Negotiating skills
