Description: Prepare/gather/check documents of each consignment

Prepare bill with all aspects (documents / receipts / expenses)

Refund management with Shipping and Terminals

Responsible for entries in Accounts system and register

Bill submit and coordinate with Client Account Department

Prepare proper record of all stages of bills (Prepare, Checked, Finalized, Scan, and Submit to Client)

 

Skills:

Good communication skills

Very Good knowledge of MS Office

Responsible to perform Data Entries

Should have good coordination skills

Ability to Analyze problems and provide quick solutions.

Time Management.

Easy learning abilities.
