Job Responsibilities:
- Researching and writing proposals.
- Researching current and future markets.
- Responding and submitting business proposals as 'Bids'.
- Responding to the queries on proposals and raising concerns from assessing ToRs.
- Managing the bid process.
- Contributing to the written proposal- both in terms of content and presentation (preparation of a management summary).
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Business, Management, or related field.
- Excellent communication skills (written).
- 6 months to a year of experience in writing business proposals/ Bidding department will be preferred.
- Strong research skills in sourcing out RFPs.
- Demonstrated expertise in Excel and proficiency in other MS Office tools (Outlook, Word)
- Knowledge of Bidding and RFPs will be a plus.
- Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Able to construct high-quality, complex narratives and convey complex ideas simply and clearly.
- Must be flexible and willing to work the demands of the department.
- Ability to work pro-actively and creatively under pressure.
