Responsibilities:
Reporting to senior management and performing secretarial and administrative duties.
Typing, formatting, and editing reports, documents, and presentations.
Managing internal and external correspondence on behalf of CEO.
Scheduling appointments, maintaining an events calendar, and sending reminders for CEO
Liaising with internal departments, answering calls, and making travel arrangements.
Requirements:
Proven work experience as a Personal Assistant
Knowledge of office management systems and procedures Excellent verbal and written communications skills
MS Office proficiency
Ability to multitask
Education: Bachelors
Experience: 1-3 years
Gender: Male/Female
