Description: Resolving customer complaints via Calls, Emails, Web chat etc.
Resolving problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem
Assist with content changes in product and forms and creating content for e-mail confirmations
Setup clients virtual meetings for product Demo
Support our Lead Record Service by providing a 1st line customer service and issue resolution via e-mail and telephone
Performs other related duties as assigned
Must be fluent in English
