Description:

At least 2-3 years of experience working in the Team Lead position in our Huawei Mobile Network Project; developing, implementing, revolutionizing technologies, and management practices.

Main responsibilities on E2E planning and management of financial and operational performance.

Highly effective Program/Project Management skill sets.

Working knowledge of telecommunication Industry this includes DAS,IBS,TI,RAN,MW,Out Door and rollouts, 2G,3G,LTE,5G,U900,L800,LT,LTCA,3CC.

Knowledge of MW new installation, dismantling, ODU Swap, ODU Installation/Replacement,

Knowledge of IBS new installation, dismantling, Replacement.

Effective leadership of cross-functional, matrix, and multi-location teams.

Leading projects via effective Change Management tools and methodology.

Strong organizational and planning skills.

Desired Profile to have:

Education: DEA/BSC or relevant.

Experience: 2-3 years in the same role.
