Description: Job Overview:

Provide medical or treatment information to patients and other customers in a way that avoids giving treatment, medical or personal advice.

Key Responsibilities:

Inbound calls of the patients/their relative and health care providers along with dialing the provided leads for follow up on a regular basis

Make adherence calls to patients according to approved scripts provided

Providing Virtual Medical Education to patients and caregivers based on guidelines

Work with Pharmacovigilance, Ensure all the parameters according to the clients are met.

Provide medical or treatment information to patients and other customers in a way that avoids giving treatment, medical or personal advice

Coordinate with different branches of distributors all the Pakistan (e-mail/telephonically) to fulfill requests of patients.
