Location: islamabad and lahore - Pakistan

Responsibilities :
1.Configuration and deployment of applications for new client implementations
2. Collaborate with Tier 1 Support to gather complete information related to incoming support tickets
3. Investigate and troubleshoot Support issues and resolve them where possible
4. Communicate customer reported issues to the relevant development/QA teams and escalate where applicable
5. Manage client expectations regarding estimated response times for issue resolution
6. Become an expert in the domain for quick ticket resolution and better client communication
7. Work closely with the development and success teams to improve understanding of existing and upcoming features
8. Work on efforts related to application data mapping, data validation and data correction
9.Assist with technical support on customer calls
10.Execute client reporting requirements
Requirements :
1.Bachelors degree in engineering, computer science or related field
2.Technical background of software development, QA or managing software application for 1-2 years or more
3.Must have Hands-on experience with SQL
4.Must have excellent English communication skills and experience with documenting root cause analysis
5.Must have ability to multitask in a fast paced environment
6.Must have ability to empathize and communicate with customers
7.Ability to work in a 24x7 environment
8.Experience using Jira, Slack, and GitHub
9.Knowledge about HL7 standards is a plus
