* Have knowledgeable about real estate markets and best practices in Islamabad.

* Have complete knowledge of Real Estate Commercial/ Residential Projects in Islamabad & Also fully aware of approved housing schemes/ Commercial projects of ICT.

* Experience in Sales/Marketing of Shopping Malls, Houses & Commercial Plazas.
