Shift Timings: Morning Shift
Job Type: Full-Time
Description: Write emails, memos and letters and taking notes at meetings.
Perform administrative tasks, including filing and photocopying.
Securing travel arrangements when necessary.
Screening and shortlisting of the candidates as per the requirement.
Conducting employee orientation and facilitating newcomers joining formalities.
Organize, maintain and update employee HCM information as needed.
Manage relationship with facilities management; coordinate office maintenance and support needs.
