Description: Looking for enthusiastic and charismatic individuals having knowledge & experience in International E-Commerce to assist our customers on eBay, Amazon, Walmart, & other international marketplaces.

Job Requirement:

-Requires good English communication skills.

-Requires good comprehension skills.

-Skillful in managing customer services.

-Proven customer support experience in E-commerce.

-Online Web store experience preferred with exposure to online store tools such as ebay, Amazon, Walmart and other International Marketplaces.

-International customer support experience will be favored.

-Closely collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Warehousing and Purchase teams to familiarize procedures and work flows of business units.

-Monitor and manage sellers' feedback to maintain higher than standard customer seller rating.

-Monitor and manage customer reviews and resolve any customers' issues swiftly and effectively.

Additional Information:

-Location: P.E.C.H.S Block 6, Karcahi

-Timings: 06:00 pm to 03:00 am (Monday-Friday)

-06:00 pm to 11:00 pm (Saturday)
