Description: -Develop, innovate new products and improve the existing product tastes as well to resolve customer concerns related to quality of products and services.

-Develop and implement research based strategy/techniques to supervise and train the work ethics of staff.

-Build and maintain close relation with customers, suppliers and markets by adapting new innovative trends and opportunities into product line.
