Description: Chaplet International (Private) Limited is a manufacturing house that produces dental & surgical instruments handling and care products for sterilization, storage and Transpiration.

We are looking to hire a "purchase Assistant"

Job Responsibilities:-

1. Update internal databases with order details (dates, vendors, quantities, discounts)

2. Monitor stock levels and identify purchasing needs.

3. Research potential Vendors.

4. Track Orders & ensure timely delivery.

5. Conduct Market Research to identify pricing trends.

6. Evaluate offers from vendors and negotiate better prices.

7. Prepare Cost Analyses.

8. Maintain Updates records of invoices and contracts.

9. Fellow up with suppliers, as needed, to confirm or change orders
