Description: We are looking for Customer Services Representative.
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
- Customer orientation and able to handle large volume of calls
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively
- Handling the sales Leads
- Hand-on knowledge of MSOffice tools like Excel, Word etc
- Resolve Customer complaints via phone, email, mail or social media
- Ability to manage social media tasks
- Greet customers warmly and ascertain problem or reason for calling
- Prepare product or service reports by collecting analyzing customer information
- Adding & Editing product data accordingly time to time
