Description: Bwlogics is looking for a customer service representative to help customers with complaints and questions,give customers information about products and services, take orders, and process returns etc. We are a software company and you will be working with the clients needing websites and other softwares.

Responsibilities:

• Entertain customers queries and questions.
• Explain the product and its features.
• Communicating with customers through various channels.
• Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
  
• Processing orders, forms, applications, and requests.

What you should have:

• Solid english writing skills.
• Good communication skills.
  
• Bachelors or general education degree or equivalent.
