Description: One of our clients, a leading name in Pharmaceutical industry, based at Karachi, is seeking dynamic, highly experienced and proven champion from Pharmaceutical background for the position of "HEAD OF ENGINEERING". 

The ideal candidate must be: 

• 15 to 25 years specific relevant experience with a leading and largest multinational or Pakistani or foreign pharmaceutical company operating in Pakistan or Middle East or in USA/Europe
• Strong engineering professional portfolio with reputed pharmaceutical industry
• Strong educational and relevant training background
• An exceptional leader with successful track record of delivering of organizational goals
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Team lead personality with persuasive skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Learning & experience on modern concepts/techniques
