Description:

NizamSons (Pvt.) Ltd. is looking for QC Manager for Woven Garments manufacturing. The Ideal candidate should be:

• Male
• 35-40 years of age
• Having 7-8 years' experience in Woven Garments manufacturing

Main responsibilities include:

• New department development
• Statistical Analysis (Regression, Correlation, Mean, Mode, Median)
• Using KPIs for quality improvements
• QMS implementation
• 6S implementation
• Working on six sigma/Lean/Kaizan 
• Working on DHU & 4 point system/7 point system
• Working on DMAIC cycle, PDCA cycle
• Working on Fishbone diagram, Pareto analysis
