Description: Job Description:

1- Working with the senior QA Analyst.

2- Assuring quality of sales that are submitted by internal center and external vendors using recordings submitted alongside complete sales.

3- Maintaining a working knowledge of the entire operation.

4- Keeping up to date with the criteria for sales according to guidelines provided by Medicare compliance.

5- Working with departments involved in the DME operation.

6- Participation in weekly/bi-weekly training depending upon updates for sales criteria.

7- EOD department reporting to Manager Operations.

Skills Required:

1- A creative mindset - the ability to approach a problem creatively.

2- Good communication skills.

3- Good listening skills.

4- The ability to use logic and reasoning to understand and execute the given criteria.
