Description: Ensure smooth functioning of Front Desk Office.
Welcome visitors by greeting them, in person or on the telephone.
Answering or referring walk in inquires, provide information.
Answer telephone and direct calls.
Direct visitors by maintaining employee and department directories; giving instructions.
Telephone logbook.
Ensure PTCL Lines and PABEX Exchange activated all time.
Maintain safe and clean reception area by complying with procedures, rules and regulations
Mail/ Courier Handling (Maintaining Mail Dispatch/Mail Receiving Register)
Attendance & Leave Management of staff
Maintain Board room, Meeting record and other arrangements
Hotel/travel arrangements of staff
To ensure timely payments of utility bills
Any other task assigned
