Description: Planning for hiring and de-hiring of personnel in consultation and along with concern departmental Head.

Interviewing, recruiting and coordinating thorough training (for own department) for new team members to ensure new joiners are supported fully during their induction and probation period; for all departments in general and Human Resource department in particular.

Conducting thorough quality checking of all team members work on a regular basis and address any shortfalls in knowledge/experience.

Ensuring and maintaining (where applicable) the records of personnel

Matters pertaining to work force related government laws.

Assisting in holding monthly meetings in order to communicate changes in SOPs, informing news related to personnel interests (if any), for training sessions and to facilitate open discussions/feedback opportunities.

Liaising with all Head of Departments regarding personnel matters, including performance, absence or disciplinary issues. Ensuring full and accurate written records are kept at all times.

Ensuring availability of trained personnel as replacement for all ranks & cadres in HR department, Timely Communicate with HEAD OFFICE and Update Progress of the Site .
