Location: Rawalpindi, Islamabad, Karachi - Pakistan

Description: Core Responsibilities:

a) Build contacts with potential clients to create new business opportunities.

b) Responsible for setting up the pipeline and driving the revenue growth.

c) Research, prospect, and build targeted client base for business development. Keep prospective client database updated.

d) Consistent inside Sales & Lead Generation activities including regular market research for building a sales funnel with prospective accounts to grow the business.

e) Developing quotes and proposals for clients & Make cold calls for new business leads.

f) Coordinating between the technical team and the client for ensuring smooth project accomplishment.

g) Maintain knowledge of all product and service offerings of the company. Manage and grow document management and business process automation.

h) Arrange meetings for senior management with prospective clients.

i) Hiring, Training & managing sales teams and helping team members develop their skills.

j) Developing goals for the development team and business growth and ensuring they are met.

Note:  Due to Covid-19 pandemic, you are required to work home-based.
