Description: Should have prior experience in building material firm with experience of 5 + years.

MUST have strong connection with Architects, Consultants and Contractors. (Do ask if he able to share 5 to 6 easily then he must have good connection, if he is not able to even name few architects , consultant and contractor and taking time to think, he might not be the one we are looking)

Should have strong grip on Commercial projects in Lahore. (e.g packages mall , emporium mall etc these are commercial projects) .

MUST have good reputation in market and good connection with key Consultant , contractors and architects.

Should have good communication and presentations skills.

Should have his own vehicle, Company will pay fuel , maintenance allowance.

Ask him about key projects in Lahore that he converts by himself not his manager. This is key point.
