Description:

Monitor the market and identify opportunities for soliciting inquiries for new works / projects.
Develop and implement sales plans and strategies for building client relationships within assigned sales territories.
Travel to visit potential customers, getting involved in an early stage of new projects, establishing reports and advising customers on potential solutions.
Respond to sales inquiries from customers as well as advising clients of our products that will cater to their needs.
Analyze the market and competitor pricing, prepare periodic reports to be submitted to the management.
Review quotations before they are sent out.
Aggressively increase market share and closely monitor upcoming projects in the region.
Ensure regular sales progress and reporting structure encompassing sales activities and forecast.
Build and maintain strong, productive, long-lasting customer relationships.
Handling and resolving of customer complaints, pre-empt any areas of dissatisfaction on either sales or service and ensure it is addressed in time.
Negotiate agreement terms with clients, finalizes all commercial and technical issues and successfully conclude bids to win the contract.
Follows up with client with regards to payment.
