Female Call Center Agents Required for US Campaign in Karachi

A call center in Karachi, have 2 vacancies for the position of Call Center Agent US Campaign. The requirements are:

- Gender: FEMALE

- Age: 18 and above

- Residing in Karachi, Pakistan.

- ENGLISH LANGUAGE (Excellent listening and fluently speaking skills)

- Should be smart, witty and confident to calmly handle difficult and sometimes abusive clients on phone

- Exceptional communication skills to collect required information from clients (this is the hard part)

- Must be able to do night shifts from 8pm to 5am Monday to Friday

Salary is decent (up to 25000/- per month), but after a week of training when you go live on calls and start earning commissions on closed sales, financially you will be more than happy.

Company is responsible for the safety of its employees and we are working on to arrange a formal and secure pick and drop service. Meanwhile we can resolve this issue by carpooling. Therefore it can be discussed if pick up is feasible or not for time being but for sure dropping employees home after work will be the responsibility of the company.

One piece of advice for time saving, if you are a MALE or age is not above 18 years, cannot even understand when listening NEWS in English and is not willing to do night shifts than DO NOT EMAIL US ANYTHING. Rather than wasting your time and ours along with our filling up our email storage space. Please do something which will be useful for you. Thank you.
