Description:

Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending Sales Trainings, reviewing products brochures/publications and Periodical interdepartmental sales meetings;
Compilation of periodical Sales/Marketing Activity report and submit to departmental head;
Maintaining and updating customer databases/Client List/Reference List etc., & Identifies business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry; researching and analyzing sales options.
Maintaining and developing foster relationships with existing customers in person, via telephone calls, emails, cold calling (if require) and gathering clear understanding of customers' businesses and requirements;
To carry out market research and customer surveys to assess demand, brand positioning and awareness; communicating with target market and managing customer relationships;
