Description:

Proficiency in Linux operating systems (must).

Basic knowledge of ITSM (must).

Scripting in javascript/perl (optional but preferred).

Basic knowledge of databases (Oracle preferred).

Good troubleshooting skills.

Understanding of 3-tier architectures.

Communication skill for customer interfacing.

Good documentation ability (preferred).
