The Sales and Support is a department that works for USA - Canada Outbound Sales & Support
You will be responsible for providing quality sales and customer support services through outbound calls, on the basis of provided guidelines.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Follow communication scripts when handling different customer concerns.
