Shift Timings: Morning Shift
Job Type: Full-Time


Description:

Customer Service Representative is required in our organization in Telecommunication sector.

Requirements:

    -Proven customer support experience
    -Tracking the record
    -Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
-Must have good written communication skills (Content writer will be preferred)
    -Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively
    -Resolve customer complaints via phone, email, mail or social media
    -Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits and follow up to ensure resolution.

Responsibilities:

    -Answering Incoming calls & Making order confirmation calls
    -Actively response on social media questions on Facebook.
    -Customers complains handling.

Qualification: Bachelor

Experience: 1-2 Years Experience (experience of social media will be preferred)

OR

Fresh with excellent communication skills

Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Rs20,000.00 to Rs25,000.00 /month
