Description:

The Manager BDM will play a key leadership role in the organization, overseeing the overall advertising business line and business operations.

Within Advertising, this includes pricing management, contract and order workflow, campaign implementation, delivery reporting and reconciliation, ad product development, operational efficiencies and scale, and sales and client support across both direct and indirect sales streams. 

This position will also be responsible for scaling the business operations function and providing operational excellence across all revenue channels and functional areas in support of strategic company initiatives.

Responsibility across the advertising business line and business operations will include:

• Managing and meeting the targets for sales for maximization of business.
• Reporting to the Director for monthly targets.
• Manage a team of his own in the budget provided, allocate them sales target and and help achieve them.
• Work on lead generation.

Skills & Experience

The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker who has an entrepreneurial mentality and who is a self-starter. Ideal candidates will be strategic thinkers high levels of energy and enthusiasm. Strong listening, comprehension, and communication skills coupled with keen attention to detail and follow up are paramount to success in this position. 

• Channel Business Development skills and experience.
• Strong account and relationship management skills.
• Digital, Marketing and Social experience is preferred.
• Strong written and oral communication skills as well as presentation skills required.
